Price a caricature booking from the night
Count hours, travel, and what happens to the drawings. Then choose the fee.
A two-hour party and a two-hour party where the company keeps every drawing for ads are not the same product. The sheet makes that visible.

A checklist of factors. Not a quote.
How to do it
- 1
Write the factors
Hours on site, travel, setup, how many drawings you can actually finish, who keeps the paper, and whether photos of guests may be used by the host.
- 2
Ask for gaps, not a rate
Show Claude the factor list. Ask what live caricaturists forget. Add rows. Do not accept a suggested currency amount.
- 3
Separate the keepsake from the ad
In the sheet, a personal drawing the guest keeps is one line. A license for the company to post or print the faces is another line, priced by you, or refused.
- 4
Put the fee in the scope note
The number from this sheet is the number in the booking email. If the headcount doubles, you reopen the sheet. You do not improvise at the door.
