Format a quote without letting the model pick the fee
You bring the number and the scope. The draft only makes the email readable.
A quote is a small contract. The dangerous part is a helpful model that 'suggests a fair rate.' Fair is not its job.

Formats an email around a price you already chose.
How to do it
- 1
Write the number down first
From your sheet: the fee, what it includes, how many revisions, when it is due, and how they pay. If you do not have a number yet, stop and do the pricing workflow.
- 2
Ask for a format
Give Claude those lines and ask for a short email. Instruct it not to change figures, dates, or the scope.
- 3
Diff it
Compare the draft to your lines. If a sentence offers something you did not, delete it. If the tone is not yours, rewrite the greeting and the close.
- 4
Send it yourself
From your mail, not from the chat. Keep a copy with the date.
