How to do it

Three bullets
What the picture is, why you made it, and one concrete detail. No adjectives you would not say to a friend.

Draft, then cut
Ask Claude or ChatGPT for a short caption in the first person, from the bullets only. Delete hashtags you did not choose and any claim about process you did not do.

Check permission
If a person's face or a student's drawing is in the frame, you need a yes for this post, not a general feeling that events are public.

Schedule only the finished line
If you use Meta Business Suite, paste the edited caption. Do not let a later 'improve' pass rewrite it.
