Set a convention table so people can pay
Print prices you already chose, a QR to the real shop, and a way to take a card.
The table is a shop with bad lighting. The tools are boring on purpose: a sign, a code, a reader. The drawings are the display.
Tools
Affiliate links are switched off. The buttons below go to official sites, not paid links. Affiliate disclosure
Canva
Price signs and a QR code that points at a real shop or a payment page.
Square
In-person card payment. Read their current rates before the fair.
PayPal
Another way to take a payment or send an invoice from the table.
How to do it
- 1
Write the prices first
From your pricing sheet, not from what the next table might charge. Put them in Canva in type you can read from a step away.
- 2
Point the QR at a page you control
The shop, a Link-in-bio you actually update, or a PayPal or Square payment page. Test the code with your phone before you print.
- 3
Test the reader
Charge yourself a small amount on Square or confirm PayPal is logged in. Know how you will record cash.
- 4
Leave client work at home
The portfolio on the table is work you can sell or show. Commissions that are not yours to display stay in the folder.
